Directions

The Law Office of James Tobia, LLC is located in Wilmington, Delaware, just blocks away from the Trolley Square area, minutes away from downtown and Route 202 (Concorde Pike) and conveniently located to I-95, Amtrak and Philadelphia International Airport. We are located at 1716 Wawaset Street, off of Augustine Cut Off and directly located behind Gallucio's restaurant.

We are used to representing clients who live outside Delaware and to communicating with them remotely.  It has been part of Mr. Tobia’s practice throughout his entire career.  The COVID-19 pandemic reaffirmed that we usually do not need to see any of our clients in person, and can use zoom and other technology to assist in our representation.  

If for some reason you want to see me, we find it easier to do so by zoom, but we can have a physical meeting if that is your preference and health and safety standards are met.  Our office is located outside the city and has ample free parking.
